Refund policy

As our items are handcrafted, we do not offer any returns. 

We do offer exchanges on our UV Performance shirts, due to size changes only. 
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at sobohawaii@aol.com. Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 2290, Kihei, Hawaii, 96753, USA.

If your exchange is accepted, you will need to send us a check for the additional shipping cost made out to SOBO Hawaii in order for us to exchange your item. You will pay for the shipping of the original item to us prior to us dispatching the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
