Shipping within the US

Our shipping is calculated by weight of your order with 3 standards shipping rates, light weight products are charged $6.99 per order, medium weight products are charged $16.99 USPS Priority flat rate and larger heavier products are charged at a rate of $24.99 which is lower than the standard Priority Flat rate. We are located in Maui, Hawaii and we utilize USPS services. Packages are usually shipped within 1-5 days from order. Please allow 2 additional days on to your quoted delivery date, due to delays from Hawaii. 

We do offer additional USPS priority rates but at an additional cost. 

Choosing priority mail will result in an additional charge.

We ship Monday through Friday, any orders placed on a weekend or holiday normally will be shipped the following business day. 

Address changes / Incorrect address

Shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been submitted. Incorrect addresses will result in a returned package and an additional shipping charge for reshipment. Please double check your shipping address prior to purchasing, especially when using apps that may have outdated addresses. 

We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect addresses submitted on any order.

Remember - there is no guaranteed day of delivery when shipping from the Island of Maui. Once the package is delivered to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the shipment, no shipping cost refunds will be issued for delayed or late packages. Please contact your local post office for more information on your package.
